Your Privacy Choices

Xalveronic™ uses personal information collected through your visits, purchases, and interactions with our website. This may include information gathered through cookies, pixels, advertising identifiers, and related technologies.

As explained in our Privacy Policy, we may disclose certain information to advertising, analytics, and technology partners for purposes such as measuring campaign performance, understanding website activity, and presenting advertisements based on browsing interests.

Opt Out on This Browser or Device

Select the “Opt Out” option displayed on this page to submit a privacy preference for the browser and device you are currently using.

After your request is processed, information associated with activity from that browser or device will no longer be used for qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities, subject to applicable law and necessary technical limitations.

Because browser-based preferences are linked to a particular browser or device, you may need to repeat the process when you:

  • Use another browser

  • Visit from another device

  • Clear browser cookies or stored website data

  • Use a private or incognito browsing session

Essential information may still be processed when required to operate the website, maintain your shopping cart, complete transactions, prevent fraud, provide customer support, or comply with legal obligations.

Apply the Request to Your Customer Account

To connect the opt-out request with a customer account, select the available account checkbox and enter the email address associated with your Xalveronic™ purchases or account.

This allows us to apply the preference more broadly to information that can reasonably be linked to that email address.

We may request additional information when necessary to verify the request, locate the correct records, or protect customer information from unauthorized access.

Global Privacy Control

You may also use a browser or extension that supports the Global Privacy Control, commonly called GPC.

When our website receives a valid GPC signal, we will treat it as an opt-out request for qualifying sale or sharing activities associated with the browser and device transmitting the signal, where required by applicable law.

A GPC signal usually applies only to the browser and device from which it is sent. Enabling it on one device does not automatically activate the preference on every device or customer account.

What an Opt-Out Request Does Not Stop

Submitting an opt-out request does not prevent Xalveronic™ from using information for essential business activities, including:

  • Processing and delivering orders

  • Completing payments and refunds

  • Maintaining website security

  • Detecting fraudulent transactions

  • Responding to customer inquiries

  • Keeping legally required business records

  • Measuring website operations using information that is not used for targeted advertising

  • Complying with legal or regulatory obligations

You may still see advertisements after opting out, but they should not be selected through qualifying targeted-advertising activities based on your interactions across different businesses or websites.

Other Privacy Requests

Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain personal information.
